Andrew Bogut returned to the Bucks line up after missing four games for personal reasons and proceeded to make an impact even larger than his seven foot frame. His teammates were elated to have the big man back in the middle, and it was evident as the team poured in 106 points against a solid San Antonio Spurs team.
THE NUMBERS: The Bucks shot 52% for the game and outscored their opponent for the first time this season in the fourth quarter.
DIFFERENCE MAKER: Ball movement. The Bucks scored 106 points on 31 assists and only 11 turnovers.

Andrew Bogut led the Bucks on a first quarter tear as the team poured in 36 points. The Bucks never looked back from there, leading throughout the game.
THE NUMBERS: The Bucks shot an eye-popping 53% from the floor and held Washington to just 35% shooting.
DIFFERENCE MAKER: The Bucks won the battle on the glass convincingly - 50-35 - with Bogut leading the way with 15 boards.

Despite leading the league in blocks with a career-high 2.6 per game, Andrew Bogut received just one second team vote for the NBA All Defensive Team. On top of the shot blocking prowess, Bogut was a beast on the glass. He averaged a career best 11.1 rebounds per game, which would have ranked fifth in the NBA if he had enough games to qualify.
The argument often heard for Bogut being ignored is team performance. Considering the category, defense, the team performance logic is bunk. The Bucks finished the season with a 35-47 record and finished just two games out of the final playoffs spot in the Eastern Conference...but set franchise records by holding 62 opponents under 100 points (2nd best in the NBA) and 30 under 90 points (4th best in the NBA). They were third in opponent points per game (92.7), sixth in opponent field goal percentage (44.7%), and second in opponent three point percentage (33.4%). Throw in the fact that the Bucks lost 275 games to injury this season, much more than any other club in the NBA, and it's no mystery why the team struggled this year. Defense, however, wasn't the issue. The Bucks, with Andrew Bogut as its anchor, were stellar on the defensive end all season long.
Some other eye-popping stats for Andrew this season:
- recorded 20+ rebounds three times
- grabbed a career high 27 rebounds (including 20 defensive rebounds), scored 12 pts, three assists, three steals and two blocks against Maimi on Jan. 7, 2011
- the aforementioned 20 defensive rebounds tied the Bucks franchise record set by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
- tied his career high seven blocks three times this season (tied Serge Ibaka for the most seven block games this year)
- blocked five or more shots in eight games, third most in the NBA this year
- 23 consecutive games with at least one blocked shot (5th longest streak of it's kind)
- 10 consecutive games with multiple blocks, third longest streak this season
The NBA's All Defensive Team is voted on by a panel of the NBA's 30 head coaches. Coaches place votes for first and second teams by position and cannot vote for players from their own teams. Players received two points for a first team vote and one point for a second place vote.

Bucks center Andrew Bogut finished sixth in the NBA’s 2010-11 KIA NBA Defensive Player of the Year balloting. Bogut received six second place votes (three points for each) and 14 third place votes (one point) for a total of 32 points. Orlando’s Dwight Howard won the award with 585 points.
Bogut was part of a Bucks defense that allowed 92.7 points per game (fewest for a full 82-game season in franchise history and third in the NBA this season) while holding foes to 44.7 percent shooting from the field (sixth) and 33.4 from 3-point range (second). Milwaukee set franchise-bests by holding 62 opponents under 100 points (second in the NBA) and 30 under 90 points (fourth).
Bogut led the league with 2.6 blocks per game and his 343 blocks in the last two seasons are second only to Dwight Howard’s 414 (Bogut has appeared in 26 fewer games in that stretch). The Aussie big-man also added 12.8 points and a career-best 11.1 rebounds this year.
The Defensive Player of the Year award was first awarded in 1983 and Bucks guard Sidney Moncrief took home the honor the first two years of the award’s existence (1983 and 1984).

| Surgery Update - Tuesday, April 12, 2011
Andrew Bogut (7-0, 260) had successful arthroscopic surgery on Tuesday, April 12, to remove loose particles and scar tissue in his right elbow. The surgery was performed by Dr. James Andrews at the Andrews Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center in Gulf Breeze, FL.
In 65 games this season (all starts) Bogut averaged 12.8 points, a career-high 11.1 rebounds and a league-leading and career-best 2.6 blocks per game. His 168 blocks this season are the seventh-highest single-season total in team history, just behind his sixth-place total of 175 set last year. In 396 career games (388 starts), Bogut has averaged 12.7 points, 9.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks. He is among the franchise leaders in points (5,043, 18th), rebounds (3,710, fifth) and blocks (618, third). |
| Bitter Sweet Defeat of the Heat - Friday, April 08, 2011
A fantastic effort in Miami was bittersweet. The Bucks beat Lebron James and the Miami Heat in Miami on a nationally televised game on ESPN, 90-85, but the Indiana Pacers beat up on the Washington Wizards, 136-112, officially eliminating the Bucks from the playoff race.
THE NUMBERS: The Bucks out-shot the heat 44.7% to 40.5% and outscored the Heat in the paint, 42-26. The Heat out-rebounded the Bucks 43-38, but the Bucks turned the ball over just 9 times while forcing 16 Heat turnovers.
DIFFERENCE MAKER: The Bucks shot a perfect 15-15 from the line. Andrew didn't have a single attempt, but Maggette hit 6, Goodin hit 3 and Dooling, Salmons and Jennings hit 2.

| Bogut's Return Provides Much Needed Lift - Wednesday, March 09, 2011
Andrew Bogut returned to the Bucks line up Tuesday night in Washington to give the Bucks a much needed lift. Bogut had missed three games with a muscle strain in his left rib cage. He dished out a career seven assists to go along with 14 points and nine rebounds.
The Bucks are very much in the playoff hunt with 20 games left in the regular season. The Bucks made up a game on the Indiana Pacers who fell to Philadelphia 76ers at home tonight to pull within 2.5 games of the 8th and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Milwaukee will play the Cleveland Cavaliers tomorrow night at the Bradley Center to finish off the back-to-back. The Bucks will play ten of 16 games this month at home.

Bucks 107, Clippers 89
A 107-89 victory over the Clippers marked a very poignant moment for both Andrew Bogut and the Milwaukee Bucks. This was the first time that AB had played in a .500 team since joining the NBA, and the Bucks, in the 2005 draft.
When asked whether the victory was a significant achievement, AB said: "Definitely... Especially when we were picked to finish last by every so-called expert in the United States. It's an accomplishment in itself... We're not coasting. Obviously one of our best players (Michael Redd) goes down and injures himself for the whole season. We're still fighting for a pretty high seed and a playoff spot. It's a good sign for the franchise."
With 9 games remaining in the regular season, the Bucks cannot drop below .500, and are only 3 wins away from clinching a playoff berth....
Bucks 108, Grizzlies 103
The two-game slide was wiped away as the Bucks defeated Memphis 108-103.
Coach Skiles called upon his bag of tricks, using the double-guard lineup (Jenning and Ridnour) for most of the second half, and to very good effect. Jennings had 29 points, 8 assists and Ridnour had 14 points and 7 assist.
AB, having returned to the starting 5 after resting his injured back, was no slouch, putting on a solid 18 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks, in 45 minutes on the floor.
Bucks 74, Heat 87
Another loss, this time to the Heat 87-74.
Having lost both AB with back spasms and Ersan Ilyasova to illness before the game, and losing Carlos Delfino in the second quarter after an awkward incident, it was always going to be a tough ask.
As a consolation, the Bucks (39-32) remain just ahead of Miami (39-34) in the Eastern Conference standings.
Bucks 86, 76ers 101
A hard night at the office for the Bucks, going down to the 76ers that provided a hiccup to the Buck’s very successful mid/late season winning form. Philadelphia seemed to have all the answers, eventually cruising to a 101-86 win.
AB had a quiet game, with 8 points and 3 rebounds in just 20 minutes on the court.

Bucks 98, Hawks 95
Confidence does play a part in most wins and the Bucks are showing that they are a team - on the back of hard work and solid team play – that have plenty of the stuff.
The 15th victory in the last 17 matches wasn’t actually decided until the last minute of the game, and without the significant contributions from some of the teams’ mainstays - with AB (9 points), Ilyasova (3 points) and Jennings (2 points) adding only minimal score sheet pressure. Overall, a brilliant team effort from a side that is, as AB summed up quite succinctly “learning how to win."
Bucks 102, Nuggets 97
Although it was a very quick turn-around from the previous game, which saw the Buck’s only arrive at their Denver Hotel at 3am on the Saturday morning, unrelenting Defense proved the cornerstone of a classic team game by the Bucks, beating the west’s number 2 team, the Nuggets, 102-97.
The win was particularly impressive, with many team members stepping up and filling the gap left by AB, who was continually benched due to persistent foul trouble (2 points and 3 rebounds).
Bucks 114, Kings 108 (2 OTs)
A game with the lot, and a standout performance from rookie guard Brandon Jennings, saw the Bucks beat the Kings 114-108 in double-overtime.
AB added 21 points and 11 rebounds, and was particularly impressed with the efforts of teammate Jennings – a performance that proved the rookie of the year race is far from over – stating post match: “He played huge for us, knocking down shots early when we couldn’t get things going... He hit some shots at the end of the clock that we needed to go down. He was the MVP of the game for us tonight.”

Bucks 93, Clippers 101
The Bucks’ six-game winning streak was brought to an end at the hands of the Clippers, 101 to 93 away from home in LA. Having won 12 of their last 14, Milwaukee were looking to start a 3-game west coast road-trip on a high, but it wasn’t to be.
For his part, AB 18 points and 11 rebounds.
Bucks 98, Pacers 94
A 16-point fourth quarter lead was just enough, to secure the win for the Bucks... Just. Not until Salmons sank two free-throws with 1.1 on the clock, could the Bucks breathe a sigh of relief, beating the Pacers 98 to 94.
AB, although struggling early on, still managed 17 points, 12 rebounds and 3 blocked shots in his 31 minutes on the court.
Bucks 95, Jazz 87
The Bucks withstood a 4th quarter onslaught by the Jazz, showing considering mental toughness and coming out on top, 95 to 87 at home.
AB added 16 points and 12 rebounds. The hot streak continues, and the challenge for the Bucks is to remain grounded whilst still enjoying the wins.
"You have to enjoy it - tonight, have a nice dinner... But we've been very bad for a number of years so for a guy like me, we can't take it for granted. We need to be confident that we've had success but not cocky” AB said post-match.
Bucks 86, Celtics 84
A massive night out by AB, racking up 25 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocked shots as the Bucks hold off the Celtics to win by 2, 86-84. AB wasn’t alone in a good team effort – Delfino with 19 and 8, and Salmons with 16 points.
The bucks continue their hot-streak, this being their 4th win in a row, and keeping them in fifth spot in the Eastern Conference race. AB is not getting ahead of himself though, saying: “We've still got to stay grounded. We've got some tough teams coming into town. We only get one win for it. We don't get three wins because we beat Boston."

Bucks 92, Cavaliers 85
A sellout crowd at the Bradley Center had to make room for one more – Lebron James taking a seat, resting his injured ankle – to watch the Bucks defeat the Cavs 92-85.
AB just missed out on a double-double with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocked shots, with all five of the Bucks starting lineup scoring in double figures.
Bucks 102, Wizards 74
A quick rematch against the Wizards saw the Bucks produce a completely different performance to the lackluster effort in their previous encounter. Crisp ball movement, powerful dunks and defensive pressure were the highlights of the night. For his contribution, AB had 4 dunks and 5 blocked shots on his way to a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds.
And to add another record to his stats sheet, AB recorded a block for the 26th consecutive game, knocking off a franchise record that has stood is 1997.
Bucks 100, Wizards 87
Although Coach Skiles was far from impressed with his teams’ performance, the Bucks still managed to put together a win against the Wizards at home, taking the match 100-87.
AB, who finished with 15 points and 5 blocked, provided his view on the match: "There are ways to pick apart any game... The wins don't get extra dressing for playing real well... But the difference is if we had a game like this early on in the season, we probably would have lost. Tonight, we still grind it out. It's very hard to beat an NBA team two games in a row, and they're going to come out firing (on Friday)."
Hawks 106, Bucks 102
A 7-point lead in the last five minutes wasn’t good enough for the Bucks, with missed opportunities allowing the Hawks to clinch the victory in overtime, and in turn putting an end to Milwaukee’s 6-game winning streak.
"They're a resilient team; they're a top-four team in the East... We think we can battle with Atlanta. It's a matter of getting key buckets at the end of the game; we just didn't do it" Said AB, who put 14 points and 9 rebounds on the scoresheet.
The result left the Bucks in seventh spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race, one game ahead of Charlotte.
Bucks 94, Heat 71
In their last two meetings, the Bucks have had the measure of the Heat. This time, without their star Dwayne Wade in the lineup, the result was even more convincing for the Bucks.
Strong second-half defense and unselfish offence were the cornerstones of a significant 94-71 victory on the road, extending the Bucks winning streak to six.
"A lot of times in the NBA you get teams who are missing their superstar player and they're very tough to play... We're playing very well at the moment. If we can keep playing at this level defensively, we'll win a lot of games." AB noted post match.
Bucks 112, Pacers 110
Although some ill-timed fouls in the last minute gave the Pacers a slight chance at stealing a victory, the Buck held on to claim a 112-100 win – their fifth in a row.
Foul trouble and double-teaming hampered AB’s efforts all night, however he still managed to finish with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Brandon Jennings gave his thoughts post match: "I think we helped Bogut out tonight by making some shots... They were doubling him a lot.... Not too many times was he able to play one-on-one tonight, so that's when we have to step up and help him out."

Bucks 115, Hornets 95
In what some called a “feel good” win, AB put on an impressive display with 26-points and 13 rebounds in three quarters, before getting the opportunity to kick back and watch the entire fourth quarter from the bench - The Bucks coaching staff and fans content with 17-point margin the team had built up whilst AB was on the floor.
Finishing out the match 115-95, and ending an eight-game-straight losing streak against New Orleans, the Bucks climbed to 7th place in the Eastern conference playoff race, and squared the Win/Loss ledger (28-28) for the season.
"We've got to stay grounded, though, we're at .500... It's nothing to be proud about... We need to get better still as a team. We can't get cocky. You guys (reporters) are going to be talking about playoffs and the fans are going to start getting more vocal, but we just can't fall into that trap" AB noted.
Bucks 83, Knicks 67
AB clocked up 24 points, 20 rebounds and 5 blocked shots as the Bucks clocked up their fifth win from the last six away games, beating New York 83-67.
But nobody was getting ahead of themselves, as AB noted: "We still have a long way to go... We've had these phases as a ball club over the last two or three years where - I don't know if you'd call it 'fool's gold' - we have put good games together and then all of a sudden we lay an egg. "So we have to stay focused. This is a team we think we should beat on the road. We needed it. It was a great win. Great. We can smile on the flight home, but it's business as usual (from then on)."
Bucks 93, Bobcats 88
A fast-finishing Bobcats side fell just short, with the Buck’s hanging on for a 93-88 victory at home. A solid team performance by Milwaukee, with AB, Brandon Jennings and John Salmons all contributing.
AB added 18 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks to the scoresheet, and helped the Bucks move to within one game of the Bobcats in the playoff race. "It's still kind of early to look at that... But it's better that we're on this side of things now and we get a game closer to them. But there's still a long way to go in the season." AB said post-match.
Coach Skiles was complimentary of AB’s defensive efforts, noting: “Bogues' is our best basket protector and he did a great job right there."
Bucks 91, Pistons 85
It was a debut game to remember for the newest Buck John Salmons. Hitting a three-pointer with 16 seconds left on the clock, and giving his new team the win. Bucks over Pistons by 6.
Milwaukee stayed two games behind the Bobcats, leading to an exciting hitout for the final Eastern Conference playoff spot in their next game.

Bucks 99, Rockets 127
Coming back from the all-star break, it was raining 3’s in Milwaukee, a 69.6% effort from behind the line that saw the Bucks go down by 28 points at the hands of the Rockets.
It was a disappointing team effort, as AB noted post match: “It's tough... The crowd started getting on us a little bit, and deservedly so. It was a poor performance by us. It was one of those games where we came out and laid an egg. We have a Friday-Saturday matchup now that we have to win."
Bucks 97, Nets 77
The Snowstorm outside kept all but the most diehard Nets supporters away and the Bucks made sure those who did brave the snow left the stadium questioning the merits of their hazardous journey.
AB scored a team-high 22 points – along with 9 rebounds and 4 blocked shots - leading the way in a 3rd quarter frenzy which saw the Bucks pull away from a half-time tie to a convincing 97-77 victory over New Jersey. "The ball decided it was going in the hole... It was a bad start again for me offensively, but my teammates did a great job of finding me for some dunks early in that (third) quarter, and I kind of got going after that” AB said post match.

A lackluster effort against an opposition that is languishing in the bottom of the Central Division standings saw the Bucks drop their first home game after 7 straight victories, going down to Detroit 81- 93.
The tone was set in the first quarter, with the Bucks hitting only 4 from 25 shots, and scoring only 9 points. AB stated post match: "It was the worst first quarter we've had this season... They're not a high-scoring team and we give them 93 points. We just couldn't put the ball in the basket. Plain and simple”
Bucks 93, Pacers 81
The Bucks win their fifth match in six games, with a 93 to 81 victory over the Pacers. The win improves the Bucks home record to 7-0 in the first two months of 2010.
AB, shook off the effects of the migraine that sidelined him during the game against New York, leading the way with 21 points and 8 rebounds. "I started great in the first half and in the second half, just no legs... It's a draining experience going through those migraines, and I've really got to hydrate myself and eat some good food and I'll be fine."
Bucks 114, Knicks 107
With AB exiting the game in the first quarter with severe migraine, the Bucks looked unsettled against the Knicks. "When Andrew went down, I think we were kind of shell-shocked," Charlie Bell said. "The whole game plan had to change”
However solid games from Brandon Jennings and Ersan Ilyasova saw a resurgent Bucks bounce back to take the match 114 to 107. |

‘CENTER’ OF ATTENTION
Interesting Stats about AB – from the Buck’s website:
Andrew Bogut has draw plenty of attention lately, scoring double figures in 10 straight games (his longest such streak in his career is 13 consecutive from 1/2 to 1/24/08), averaging a team-best 17.2 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.6 blocks over that span. Bogut is shooting 58.0 percent from the field (69-119) and 72.3 percent from the line (34-47), which is 12.4 percent above his career average, in those ten. If the season ended today, Bogut would have career-highs in points (15.9) and blocks (2.1) while averaging a double-double for the second consecutive year.
Bucks 82, Magic 99
3 seemed to have been the unlucky number for the Bucks... 3 losses from 3 attempts against the Magic this season, ending Milwaukee’s 3-game winning streak.
The class of the Magic lineup was evident in the 99-82 result. AB noted post match: "They're a championship-caliber team and that's what we're trying to get to... They have a great team 1 through 12. It's not to say we're a long way from that, but we are a distance away from it."
The Bucks jumped out to a 20-8 lead early in the game, however Orlando quickly rallied to lead 50-36 at halftime, and taking the game from there. Milwaukee’s 36% shooting didn’t help the teams effort.

Bucks 97, Heat 81
Buck’s completed their back-to-back series against the Heat with an impressive 97-81 victory, finishing 2-from-2.
Despite some pre-game banter between the two sides, on the back of Brandon Jennings’ “D-Wade Stopper” comments a few days earlier, Milwaukee weathered the storm, defensively keeping the Heat under control, limiting the South Florida team to 36% from the field.
AB posted a team-leading 22 points and 11 rebounds.
BUCKS 95, HEAT 84
The Buck’s defensive effort made sure that the first of back-to-back games against the Heat game them the upper hand.
Milwaukee built a formidable 18-point lead at halftime, and managed to stick with it – AB adding 17 points and 15 rebounds; Jennings with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists; and Delfino with 16 and 7 - as the Bucks saw out January with an unbeaten 6-0 at home for the month.
Bucks 91, 76ers 88
Everyone had an opinion on the ‘look’ of this game (Milwaukee shot 43% from the field, and were out-rebounded 51-35) however the end result is all that mattered to the fans, with the Bucks beating the 76ers 91-88.
Fatigue did set in, on the back of back-to-back games, however the team pulled it together at the end, and the heartbreak of the previous down-to-the-line game was quickly set aside - this time, the close finish went the way of the Bucks.
Following on from his comments after the previous match, AB noted: "I was saying we were going to get a couple lucky bounces going our way, and it happened tonight...We got lucky, but we'll take the win."
Bucks 107, Mavericks 108
2 minutes to go, the Buck’s down by 7. Carlos Delfino knocks down two 3-pointers, and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute steels the ball back with 3 seconds left. A timeout, a last ditch play, and a heartbreaking end – Bucks lose by 1.
AB, for his part, contributed a career-high 32 points. Making 13 of 14 shots.
Talking post-match, AB gave his thoughts on the team’s situation: "We're playing better, but there's no moral victories in the NBA...Now I think it's just a matter of knowing that the ball is rattling in and out for us, and it's rattling in and in for them. It has to go our way eventually.... Whether it comes back to us this year or next year or three years...hopefully it's sooner than later."

Bucks 113, Raptors 107
Despite AB fouling out with 4:11 still to play, a 64 point second half from an offense that found it’s groove - and 27 points and 12 rebounds from our man, AB - allowed the Bucks to get back into the swing after six games on the road, bouncing back with a 6 point win over Toronto.
Post-game, Coach Skiles commented on the result: "We were able to make big plays....We were kind of slow in the beginning of the game, which is understandable when you come off a trip like that....But we were able to regroup and had a great second half and a lot of guys contributed, which is what we need."
Bucks 96, Raptors 101
Facing Toronto for the second time in as many games, the Bucks went into this match with confidence after a win in the previous encounter. However a happy journey over the border did not eventuate. Even with AB contributing 22 points for the match, staring at a 2-3 zone defence in the second half stifled the Buck’s play and the Raptors took out the game 101-96.
"Their zone took us out of our rhythm offensively" said AB. "We got five or six stops in a row but we couldn't score....We were up by five at that point. Maybe we score twice or three times and we're up by double digits. Their zone was so packed in and they were letting us have open threes, and we weren't knocking them down."
Bucks 127, Timberwolves 94
A Bogut-Jennings double act was the icing on the cake in the Bucks resounding 33-point victory over Minnesota. Smooth, efficient team play (with all 12 Bucks players scoring) was the feature of the night, but it was the AB-Jennings play that took the spotlight.
It began with an AB blocked shot and a behind-the-back pass to Jennings, and finished with a throw down dunk by AB off of a Jennings lob pass. "I knew as soon as I outlet it to Brandon to just sprint up the floor...You get easy baskets to start the game, it really helps you." AB said post match.
Even sitting out the entire final quarter, AB still added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocked shots to the lopsided score sheet.

The Bucks account for the injury-depleted but gallant Warriors, in a game with a very bizarre finish.
With Golden State down to 4 men in the dying minutes, a seldom used NBA rule allowed the last Warrior fouled out (Stephen Curry) back onto the court. This was the first time in 33 years that this rule had been invoked.
AB played his part, contributing 15 points and 16 rebounds for the Bucks (16-21).
"Everyone that played tonight played very well... They came out pretty pumped up. We stepped up in the third quarter and took the game."
Bucks 95, Jazz 112
Another slow start hindered the chances of the Bucks being competitive, with Utah pulling away to a 17-point win. Coach Skiles commented post-match: “We could tell right away we weren't mentally into it. It felt like it in the guys warming up and our approach to the game, but you don't want to jump to conclusions.”
In his time on the court, AB was competitive and finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Bucks 98, Rockets 101(ot)
A heartbreaking 3-point loss in overtime in Houston brought to an end the Bucks 6-game roadtrip.
With Houston shooting 58% in the first half, the Bucks threw a matchup zone defence at the Rockets, which really paid dividends – Holding the home team to 33 points in the second half, and allowing the visitors a chance at taking the W. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be, a missed three by Luke Ridnour saving the Rockets from a second overtime, and handing them the win.
From AB: "We didn't lose the game because of Luke's shot...We lost the game because early on they got too many looks. In the second quarter they killed us. If we keep it at least level at halftime, I think we win this game."

Bucks 77, Lakers 95
The first game of a six-game road trip didn’t go to plan for the Bucks, who struggled all night, never leading on the scoreboard, and finally went down 95-77 again the LA Lakers.
Probably the biggest low point of the night was the loss of Michael Redd, who went down late in the second quarter with a season-ending knee injury.
Coach Skiles said post match that “it's a very difficult game to judge anybody individually because overall we played so poorly."
Bucks 101, Suns 105
Although Bucks fans expected Michael Redd would not be on the floor against the Suns, it was a surprise to see Coach Skiles missing in action as well. Skiles was taken to a local hospital as a precaution for an irregular heartbeat. As such Assistant Coach Jim Boylan took over control of the team.
Once again, a poor first quarter robbed Milwaukee of a possible victory. Despite a gallant 3-quarter effort, the Bucks couldn’t quite get there, going down by 4 in the end - 105-101. Surprisingly the Bucks haven’t won in Phoenix since 1987 – 22 straight losses.
BUCKS 108, Trail Blazers 120
Half way through the 6-game road trip, and as had followed in the previous two games, the Bucks started very slowly and couldn’t pull it together to salvage the game, defeated by Portland 120-108.
The Bucks struggled offensively, whereas the Trail Blazers were hot from the field, shooting 81% in the third quarter. Noted Coach Skiles - "We had an awful lot to do with them shooting so well....They were just in a different gear than us for most of the night, other than the first 2-3 minutes of the game. They were quicker and more athletic and they drove by us pretty much at will.”

The Bucks show what they can achieve when they play together as a team and everyone contributes, with a 98-76 victory over New Jersey. After a slow start and only 7 minutes in the first half, Andrew’s second half form was exceptional, finishing out the game with 18 points (9 of 12 from the field).
Bucks 96, Bulls 93
A sellout crowd at the Bradley Center witnessed a game that had it all, and thankfully they didn’t go home disappointed as the Bucks beat the Bulls 96 to 93. Their third straight win.
AB’s sensational effort of 27 points, 13 rebounds and 6 blocked shots - and crucial charging foul call against Derrick Rose with 33 seconds left on the clock - was the highlight. “Andrew was terrific tonight, making big shots and big defensive plays" said teammate Michael Redd post-match.

The Bucks take the points in overtime and halt a four-game home losing streak in their 103-97 win over Oklahoma City. AB had impressive numbers, finishing with 23 points and 15 rebounds. In yet another close finish, Andrew spoke post-match about the teams performance in the final seconds of very tight games: "We lost three or four this season and it's been pretty heartbreaking. I don't think we could have handled doing that again tonight"
Bucks 92, Magic 117
A second-half slide by the Bucks lets the Magic pile on 76 points on their way to a 117-92 victory. On the boards, the Bucks held firm and were competitive throughout (41-39). Post match, coach Skiles noted that “Bogues had some big offensive rebounds when we needed a basket, and he's got to score those"

Andrew sits out for the entire second half, along with Michael Redd and Carlos Delfino, as Coach Skiles takes drastic measures to turn around his teams performance (down 22 at halftime). The efforts however went unrewarded as the Buck's lost 94-84 against the Bobcats. Andrew took the experience in stride, saying afterwards "I just have to come in next game, move on from it".
Bucks 97, Spurs 112
Unfortunately the Bucks had no answers as the Spurs lead all the way, handing Milwaukee their fourth straight home defeat. Andrew pulled no punches when asked if player morale was low after the current loss of form at home - "Definitely....we're playing like absolute crap." and then added "We're not thinking about home court or away...We're playing bad basketball whether it's home or away. It's as simple as that. Mentally, I don't think we're all there at the moment."
Bucks 97 Wizards 109
The Wizards came to play, highlighting the strong deficiencies in Milwaukee's defence, and securing their second win over the Buck's this season. Solid team efforts, a key to some of the Bucks early wins, is what has been the obvious difference in performance of late. "We need to get everybody on the same page with this team. Everybody needs to come out and play the same way; it's as simple as that," Andrew said. "I'm not sure if we were tired today or what it was. But we just weren't with it defensively at all...It's frustrating for everybody, myself included. I made mistakes, too. I can see why the coaches are frustrated. We didn't play Bucks basketball the way we've played when we've won games. It's very demoralizing to lose like that."

With a career-high 31 points to go along with 18 rebounds, Andrew lead the team in a fight-to-the-end victory over the Pacers. Post match Andrew reflected on the effort, saying "I just kind of got it going early...the ball was falling for me tonight."

The Bucks square up the ledger (11 Wins, 11 losses) in a double-overtime victory over Portland. AB’s 27 points and 9 rebounds, topped off with a huge driving dunk, was the standout performance.
Another solid team effort was the key once again, with Jennings taking his first double-double as a pro (18 and 11) and Luke Ridnour adding 20 points in 22 minutes off the bench.
"We showed a lot of courage. We were down six at one stage in that first overtime, so to come back and get the win is huge for us." AB said.
BUCKS 106 LAKERS 107
Although Andrew finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds and a crucial blocked shot on Ron Artest in overtime, Milwaukee fell just short, with Kobe Bryant producing a blazing 15 foot jumpshot to help the Lakers over the Buck’s by one solitary point.
A controversial 3-point play, on the back of a questionable call by the officials, was the biggest talking point of the match. Although it appeared as though Kobe Bryant had committed an offensive foul on AB in the lane (and all Buck’s supporters in the Bradley Center agreed) the officials saw it the other way. Bryant sank the extra point, cut the deficit to 1, and nailed the match-winning jumper moments later.
"If I gave you my honest opinion, I'd probably get fined..... Let's just leave it at that. History tells you that if I tell you the truth, I'll get fined." said Andrew.

Even a solid 25-point 14-rebound game from Andrew, and three very even quarters of team play, couldn’t hold off a strong finishing Boston as the Bucks lost their eighth game in the last nine matches, 89-98 at TD Garden.
"We battled for three quarters and the fourth quarter got away from us" Andrew said post match.
Bucks 117, Raptors 95
The bucks finally broke through, snapping their 4-game losing streak with a convincing 22 point win over Toronto. Brandon Jennings lead the way with 22 point, and AB contributed 12 in what was a strong overall team effort – 24 basket assists and only 9 team turnovers.
"If we can get five or six guys shooting the ball well and getting to the basket, it takes the pressure off me and Brandon and everybody. It was great" said Andrew.
